Welcome to Arden House, Kingussie in the heart of Scotland's largest National Park.

Arden House is situated at the West End of Kingussie, within easy walking distance of the Town Centre with it's wide range of facilities. Set in it's own garden grounds with a large private car park , the house , which is built of local stone, is a lovely example of a Scottish Victorian Villa. It retains many period features and has been sympathetically refurbished and upgraded and now offers modern standards of comfort.
There are Five bedrooms including a ground floor en-suite (with bath and shower) suitable for assisted wheelchair access (one step at front door) a King-size Victorian Bedroom and a Four Poster Bedroom. The comfortable rooms are decorated to a high standard with television, DVD player, hospitality tray and radio alarm clock and offer those little home from home comforts.
There is a large guest lounge, with an open fire on cold evenings, where guests may wish to use the books, games and cards or relax whilst watching TV or a DVD of your choice.
Guests are welcome to come and go as they please during the day.

And on our ground floor there is the Dalwhinnie family/disabled room, which can sleep up to 4 people, this room has a double bed and two single beds, it is en-suite with a low level bath and overhead shower and toilet. This room is ideal for families, groups and couples.
We pride ourselves on caring for our Guests. A full Scottish Breakfast is offered together with Fresh Fruit, Yoghurts, Porridge and Cereals or a Continental Breakfast as a lighter option, and we will endeavour to cater for special diets with a little notice.
Dinner is served in the elegant dinning room offering home cooked meals using local produce and cooked on a Farmhouse Range.
We ask that Dinner
is booked prior to arrival as all our
food is freshly prepared.
